You hand over the property to us via a management agreement. Our in-house team handles marketing, tenant screening, leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and reporting. You monitor everything through your secure owner dashboard.

Rent is collected by Home Plus and net proceeds (after agreed deductions) are remitted to your bank account within 48 hours of clearance, with a full monthly statement attached.

Live income, payment history, occupancy, contracts, KYC documents, maintenance tickets, inspection photos, and an immutable activity log — accessible 24/7 on any device.

Our maintenance desk operates 24/7 with vetted vendors. Tickets are logged in the dashboard so you see scope, quote, approval, completion, and proof photos for every job.

Every applicant goes through identity verification, employment and income checks, prior-landlord references, and credit screening before we draft a lease.
