Founded in Nairobi in 2014, Home Plus was created to solve a simple but persistent problem: property owners across East Africa lacked a single, trustworthy partner who could professionally manage every aspect of their real estate — from listing and leasing to maintenance, finance and sale.
A decade later, Home Plus manages a curated portfolio of villas, apartments, commercial buildings and mixed-use developments across Kenya, Somalia and Ethiopia. Our owners include private families, diaspora investors, corporate landlords and institutional funds — united by the expectation of total transparency and zero hassle.
We do not run a marketplace. Every property in our portfolio is handed to us by its owner, professionally managed end-to-end by our staff, and presented to tenants and buyers under one brand and one standard.
